EFD Sport & Education is an organisation founded in 2019 by professional footballer Ben Osborn and former teammate Jack Andrews, driven by a shared passion for inspiring young people through sport. Initially focused on football coaching, they soon recognised the sport’s wider impact and expanded into mentoring and education, rebranding as EFD Sport & Education in 2022.
Today, EFD Sport & Education partners with schools and works across various educational settings to help learners maximise their potential. Through impactful mentoring programmes, guided by the values of Progression, Empowerment, and Enjoyment, they strive to unlock potential and support young people on their journey to success.
